Paper, Scissors, Glue: Make a statement with collage!

  • Zig Zag 623 Beechwood St Little Rock, AR, 72205 United States (map)

The only thing more fun than a collage workshop is a collage workshop with Laura Raborn!

For this workshop, students will bring photo copies, maps, music sheets, newspaper headlines and articles, magazine images, etc. We will practice arranging the pieces and parts in two different compositions: one will be clustered in the middle of the page and the other will be spaced out in three areas of the page. We will discuss eye movement, balance and focal point before gluing down our various collage elements. If time permits, we will use paint to push back certain elements and emphasize desired focal points.

Friday, August 12 from 12PM-5PM

Cost: $75*

*If class minimum is not met by one week before workshop, all enrolled students will be notified and provided with a full refund. Please keep this in mind when planning your supply purchasing.

A full refund is provided for cancellations made a minimum of 8 days before each workshop IF we are able to fill your spot. If the class fills, wait list registration will be available on the website. Those names will be contacted in order of received to fill any openings.
